Areas we cover
Our advisers cover a wide range of both mainstream and specialist areas. The first exploratory meeting is at our expense. In this meeting we will explore your goals and objectives as well as giving you the opportunity to find out more about us. Following that meeting, if you appoint us as your financial adviser, we will put a full financial plan together for you with detailed recommendations. Should you wish to proceed, we will implement them. We will perform a comprehensive review of your circumstances and financial plans at regular intervals.
Retirement planning
One can never start contributing too early. The sooner one starts planning for income in retirement, the cheaper it is likely to be.
You may be at a stage in life where you have accumulated a range of pensions and want to establish how effective they will be at contributing to your income in retirement.
Later in life, let us give you reassurance as you transition to retirement by assessing the complex options available to you.
Savings and Investments
We build an understanding of our clients’ short and long term plans, and then help them invest in a way to meet their various objectives at different stages of life.
Sustainable Investments
The majority of our clients like to know that their investments are having a positive impact, based on their personal ethics and beliefs. We offer a range of solutions to meet our clients' individual requirements and work with a number of experts in this field.
Tax Efficient Investments
The UK government incentivises investment generally but also into certain areas by offering tax breaks. We help our clients take advantage of these where it is appropriate to do so.
Estate Planning
Many clients wish to leave a legacy so we consider this objective as part of our overall planning.
We can help minimise potential tax liabilities while also ensuring your estate passes to those you want it to. We can also assist with setting up appropriate trusts where appropriate to achieve your objectives.
The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate tax advice or Trusts.
Long-term care planning and equity release
For clients in later life there are a number of new financial challenges to face. We help our clients fund any long-term care plans in the most appropriate way, with the key aim being giving them the security and peace of mind they need.
For some clients meeting their income needs becomes more challenging in later life. For the right clients with property, equity release can be used to help meet a shortfall in their income relative to their expenditure.
Protecting you and your family in the event of illness and death
Although none of us like to think about it, some of us will get sick or pass away earlier than we expect which can leave our loved ones in challenging financial circumstances.
We help mitigate such risks by making sure our clients put in place appropriate protection plans, giving them and their families peace of mind were the worst to happen.
